We picked up our Christmas tree at Ikea yesterday. $20.

We left it wrapped up, even though my truck has plenty of space for an unwrapped tree.

Got it home. It's huge! While trimming the tree, we watched my favorite movie, It's a Wonderful Life.

Didn't it come packed flat in a cardboard box with a name like Odünn?

We had to assemble it ourselves. It came with a lot of parts and a packet of glue.

Pretty tree. I have seen that movie at least 20 times, and I still tear up at the end.

Oh, sorry. I was just kidding about that. Ikea furniture always comes with that, and it's always a pain to assemble.
