Happy Harvest Festival Day! ;o)

I *love* yams & sweet potatoes! :o) My family doesn't have any kind of food-tradition about them, though, so no one makes them for big, family dinners... I just eat 'em (like most foods, including turkey ;o) ) whenever... :o)
