The Lone Star Saloon (Last full day in San Francisco)

This afternoon, during the Superbowl, we made a quick trip to the Lone Star Saloon. I have been told that the Lone Star has a lot of historical significance in the gay universe, so it was a definite must-see.



My San Francisco hosts, 50poundnote and franken_bear, along with my new buddy Kirk, took me. Apparently it was slower than usual, probably because of the game. Luckily there was no TV in the outside area, so we didn't have to watch!

We also had brunch this morning with rootbeer1 and qbear. Great guys!

We've been talking about you all weekend. Apparently, you and Jeb are good friends. It's funny; we have tons of friends in common and we're kind of neighbors, but we've never met in person. :)

That is odd indeed! We should do something about that... :-) I'm across the street from Dan and Chris and a couple of blocks north of Dave O, plus I've hung out with JP, Justin, etc. I can't believe we haven't bumped into each other..!

I'll be out with my brother-in-law on Fri evening, as he's in town for a conference, and will have a guest arriving on Sun evening, but otherwise, in the words of Mr. Humphries, I'm free!
