How quickly a year flies by. On December 24th, 2009, I wrote my first real LiveJournal post. I can't believe I missed it. Thanks, fogbear, for pointing it out!

At the time, I was following a few LiveJournallers, (djmrswhite, e_ticket, bobaloo and sultmhoor), but I wasn't posting and I was only occasionally commenting. Hence the name of my blog, Cyberstalking is Fun.

Then one day bearzilla added me as a friend. After that, it was on. It's been an amazing year. I've met so many amazing people both online and in real life.

My post a year ago was about signing up for the La Jolla Half Marathon. So to be fun, I was going to sign up for it again this morning. Turns out it's the same weekend as Coachella. I wouldn't miss that for the world!

I know I'm thrilled that you showed up. You're such an essential part of my daily life. I said to Dave as we were parting ways, "I love how any one of the three of us gets worried when we haven't gotten a text from one of the others in 24 hours."
