Unexpected, superfun weekend

The plan for this past weekend was to be broke and stay home all weekend. Boy, did that not happen. Lucky me, I wound up hanging out with two of my faves.

On Saturday, I went to DSW with jpinsd and helped him look for new shoes. And by helped, I mean I bought new shoes for myself.

On Sunday, I went with Dave to Kobey's Swap Meet, and I picked up a new skull bracelet.

Dave helped me pick it out. And by help, I mean he tried on hats. :)

Love the hat. I love putting things on my head. Love the shoes. HEy the carpet looks like the funky stuff I put on my TV room panels. I agree with cpj ..not a big fan of bracelets. Now thick leather studded bands....get me going.

YAY! Saturday was super fun!

And that bracelet is way cool! next time ya go to the swap meet, let me know! I haven't been in ages. I'm sure Dave is an awesome person to go swap-meet shopping with. He's always helped me find some great stuff, too.

…And by "helped", I mean "stood in front of a rack of stuff, which happened to have something that caught my eye and I thought was kinda cool, even tho he was trying on something else".

Saturday was way fun. It was especially nice not being in any kind of hurry. (Oops, except for your groceries!)

Yeah, swap meet! I love going there. I'll totally let you know.

Someday, I want to go to the one in Pasadena. That one is supposed to be the best.
