Germantown, Ohio (pt 3)

We're going home today. It's bittersweet; mostly sweet.

Items for next time:

- King's Island (Thanks for your help, [livejournal.com profile] rckdjbear. It just wasn't meant to be.)
- "Rax" ([livejournal.com profile] cpj's recommendation) Sorry, never saw it and no one here has heard of it...
- New Jersey (I know, I know. Just thought I'd throw it in there.)

Major Accomplishments:
- Met my parents-in-common-law.
- White Castle
- Sang Paradise by the Dashboard Light last night at karaoke.
- Got Mark's niece to call me her new favorite person.

San Diego, here we come!!!

It was really cool. I wasn't sure what to expect, and I'm not always good about meeting new people, but it worked out nicely.

Having an escape vehicle rental car was key.

Yes. An escape vehicle rental car is essential when family is involved. Even pleasant family.

Missed seeing ya around here, Mike. Will be nice to have ya back in the 'hood again :-)

is Rax the fast food restaurant? If so, I used to work at one way-back-in-the-day. I have some stories about the place that may make ya change your mind about eating there. just sayin' ;-)
