Gotta Get Up, Gotta Get Out

Well, I (as well as probably a lot of you. Unless you're snowed in...) am back to work today. It's been five days, so it's going to take me some time and a lot of coffee to get back in to the swing of things. But first, I want to reflect on what a great five day vacation I had.

Highlights?

- Went Magic Mountain.

- I got an Apple TV. It's really great, and it plays very well with my mac, iPhone and iPad. (Shhhh. I think I need to jailbreak it, though.)

- My cousin's 9-year-old son described the Gumby figure I got him as "something called 'Gumby'?" Everybody else instantly felt old.

- My immediate family and I went to visit our extended family in Pasadena. While we were visiting my Uncle Frank's house and beautiful Christmas display, my niece threw up violently all over my sister-in-law and Uncle Frank's yard. It was a nightmare for them, but it makes for an awesome Christmas memory.

- We saw "Voyage of the Dawn Treader" (meh), and the movie theater by my house has WHITE CASTLE!



- I put out my new Star Wars gnome.



- Oh, and I got a lot of fun comments on my last two posts. Thanks guys, you know I'm all about comment whoring! :)
