So yeah, I'm in Ireland right now.
On the way, we were in Amsterdam for a few hours. My parents are both from the Netherlands, and I have a few relatives there, but no time for visits.

I picked up some Stroopwaffles when we were in Amsterdam. I love these things so hard. I grew up with them, usually whenever we would visit my grandparents.
They're super thin, Belgian-style waffles with, I think, caramel inside. You can get similar treats anywhere, but these kind, the big, chewy kind, I can't find anywhere. Nom nom nom.
I'm totally going to hog these all for myself.
