Star Wars arts and crafts

I like Star Wars a lot. I don't watch the movies very often anymore, but the Clone Wars cartoon is pretty spectacular.

What I'm really into is Star Wars merchandise. I'm working on a silly project to frame some action figures in shadow boxes.

 

These are for my office at work. I'm a consummate professional.
My love for Star Wars isn't limitless, however. I stopped short at buying this badboy. Of course, if my birthday hadn't just passed...

But what's neat is they're doing a pretty good job of adding new, recurring characters (that can be killed off!).

They've actually gotten to the point where I don't hate her. I look forward to her untimely death now, because it will be meaningful. Somewhat Whedonesque: develop an odd character and when people have warmed to them, kill them off.

I was actually sad when a certain Hutt was summarily executed. I kept thinking: "Butt Hutts have thick blubbery skin, it'll take a few blaster bolts to kill one."
