I finally understand vegetarianism, sorta

I was on a health kick a while ago. Over the course of a few years, I lost 70 pounds. I've packed a lot of that back on over the past few years.

I used to eat at McDonalds every other day, sometimes twice. But during one of my diets, I stopped going there and haven't eaten there for about five years.

I'm on a road trip to visit family, and we almost had breakfast at McDonalds. Ultimately I talked the family out of it. But it wasn't for health reasons, and it wasn't because I wanted to stick it to McDonalds. I just have a long streak of not eating there, and I kind like that.

I don't think I'm a huge carnivore. I love the Brazilian steak house Texas de Brazil here in Vegas, and I'd have to have that on occasion. But I think jpinsd could totally talk me into cutting meat for the rest of the time :)
